Member Help Desk Representative
The Member Help Desk is the primary contact for members with telephone inquiries. Applicants interested should be passionate about member service, and must be able to listen for, recognize, and act on opportunities to assist members in their financial well-being; including offering products as appropriate to meet members’ needs.
The Help Desk’s responsibility is to answer all incoming calls. Other responsibilities include responding to questions about VISA, loans and account transactions. Help Desk Representatives regularly work to resolve member concerns.
Duties also include sending/receiving wires, scanning, posting mail transactions, taking loan applications, processing return mail and performing other duties as assigned.
Candidates should have a strong work ethic, solid interpersonal skills, and function well as part of a team. Candidates must also demonstrate ability to effectively manage time, resources and personal ability to provide outstanding member service while functioning as an ambassador for the credit union.
This position is full-time from 9:00am to 6:00pm, M-F. High school degree or equivalent is required. Benefits include paid vacation, 401K, medical/dental/vision insurance, and paid holidays.
