How do I transfer my balance?
1- Make a secure online transfer . To securely request a balance transfer, simply log in to your E-Branch account above, then click "VISA Balance Transfer"on the left hand side of the screen. Then fill out the transfer form, read the disclosures, and submit your information over a secure connection. Our VISA office will then process your transfer request.
2- Stop by one of our branches. Remember to bring your credit card(s) and your most recent statement(s). Most balance transfer requests will be completed within 10 business days.
